密闭循环气路高场非对称波形离子迁移率谱仪

         

摘要

The structures of closed gas circulation and membrane introduction were designed for high-field asymmetric wave-form ion mobility spectrometry ( FAIMS) .The influence of the closed gas circulation on the stability of the spectrum,as well as the effects of the high1field asymmetric waveform voltage and the gas flow on the sensitivity,the effect of the membrane pre-concentra-tion on the detection limit,were investigated.The system volume can be decreased by using the structure of closed gas circulation and low detection limit can be obtained with the sample pre-concentration method.The detection limit for dimethyl methylphospho-nate ( DMMP) is 0.05 mg/m3.The results show that the developed FAIMS with closed gas circulation and membrane introduction can be used for the rapid spot detection of trace chemical substances.%设计了一种用于高场非对称波形离子迁移率谱仪( FAIMS)的密闭循环气路结构以及膜进样装置,研究了气路结构对图谱稳定性、高场非对称波形电压与载气流量对系统检测灵敏度、半透膜预富集对系统检测限的影响。密闭循环气路结构减小了系统体积,达到了无需空气源即可检测的目的,具有预富集功能的膜进样装置可降低系统对样品的检测限。在预富集模式下,系统对化学战剂模拟剂甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)的检测限约为0.05 mg/m3,该方法为痕量化学物质的现场快速检测提供了一种可行方案。
