智能井井下数据远程监测方案设计

         

摘要

文中基于智能井井下数据采集系统研究,提出相应地面远程监测设计方案.设计采用CAN总线和STM32的软硬件搭配,整体分为现场采集端和控制室显示端,两端均安装报警装置.为了检验方案可行性,通过钻井实验平台全真模拟实际工况.为了便于数据实时查看,通过MATLAB的GUI编程,设计上位机数图显示界面.实验结果表明:该方案数据传输稳定、实时性好.%This paper was based on intelligent well downhole data acquisition system research,the corresponding ground re-mote monitoring scheme design was proposed.The design combines the software of CAN bus and hardware of STM 32,generally di-viding into two parts,collection side and display side,both ends of the design installed alarm device.In order to test the scheme feasibility,through the drilling experiment platform truly,the actual working condition was simulated.In order to make data real-time check easier,through MATLAB GUI programming,PC graph and number display interface were designed.Experimental result shows that the scheme is stable in data transmission and excellent on real-time.
