线束绑扎设备控制系统设计与分析

         

摘要

In order to make the small wire lashing equipment to realize automatic production and aiming at the wire lashing equipment work flow and the movement mode of each mechanism, a harness lashing equipment control system was realized to re-alize the automatic control of wire lashing equipment loading, binding, shearing three kinds of working condition. Stepper motor mathematical model was established, trapezoidal curve algorithm and exponential curve algorithm were analyzed through simula-tion and verified through experiment when designing the stepper motor driver. According to the simulation and experimental re-sults, the key parameters of the step motor start control algorithm were assured, which effectively avoid the phenomenon of large vibration and easy to step out of stepper motor.%为了使小型线束绑扎设备实现自动化生产,针对线束绑扎设备工作流程及各机构的运动方式,设计了一种线束绑扎设备控制系统,实现了对该线束绑扎设备上料、绑扎、剪切3种工作状态的自动控制.在设计步进电机驱动程序时,建立了步进电机数学模型,并对梯形曲线算法和指数曲线算法进行仿真分析和实验验证.根据仿真和实验结果确定了步进电机启动控制算法中关键参数,有效避免了步进电机启动时震动大和容易失步的现象.
