埋入式FBG振动传感器在变压器铁芯-绕组振动检测中的应用

         

摘要

Acquisition transformer vibration signal can predict and diagnose the operating state of the transformer. Through fi-nite element analysis of transformer core-winding model, the first three natural frequencies are 70.807 Hz, 142.59 Hz and 163.73 Hz. According to the modes of analysis, the sensor should be laid on top of the core. According to the harmonic response signal analysis, transformer core-winding model has two sensitive direction of vibration. Two fiber Bragg grating vibration sensor were buried in the upper part of the core within the transformer.Detected vibration signal was embedded when the transformer load was in operation. And then the two groups collected by JADE algorithm were signal source separated, vibration signal of core and windings were obtained .%直接采集变压器振动信号可以对变压器的运行状态进行预测与诊断.通过对变压器铁芯-绕组模型的有限元分析计算,得到铁心-绕组前三阶固有频率为70.807,142.59,163.73 Hz,通过对于振型的分析得到应将传感器布设于铁心顶部,通过对于谐响应信号的分析得到变压器铁芯-绕组模型有2个振动的敏感方向.在变压器内铁芯上端埋入了2支光纤Bragg光栅振动传感器,测得变压器负载运行下的振动信号.再通过JADE算法将2组负载信号进行盲源分离,分别得到了铁心和绕组的振动信号.
