以PU(聚氨酯树脂)反应釜为背景,针对生产现场温度采集和信息发布不便等缺陷,设计并实现了基于Zigbee和云平台的温度远程监控系统.系统依托DS18B20温度传感器完成Zigbee无线温度采集网络的搭建,通过与云平台交互,实现了在远程控制中心和移动终端上对反应釜温度的监控,达到了信息及时发布共享和安全生产的要求.%In the background of PU ( polyurethane resin) reactor, against the defects of inconvenience in temperature acqui-sition and production site information, remote temperature monitoring system based on Zigbee and cloud platforms was designed and realized. System relies on DS18B20 temperature sensor temperature acquisition to complete a Zigbee wireless network, through interaction with the cloud platform, the monitoring of the reactor temperature on the remote control center and mobile ter-minal was accomplished , meeting the requirements of timely release of information sharing and safe production.
