基于优化速度检测算法的气固两相流参数检测系统

         

摘要

为了实现气固两相流流动参数的准确检测,设计了一套双截面8电极ECT系统.采用交流激励的方法,完成28组电容值的检测及信号处理.在流速测量中,采用曲线拟合的方法避免了互相关算法下提取曲线最高值不准确的问题,有效提高了时延估计的精度.根据速度与浓度计算获取质量流量,并与重力传感器获取的质量流量结果进行比较,发现具有较好的一致性.%A twin-plane 8 electrode ECT system was designed to accurately measure the flow parameters of gas -solid two phase flow.The method of AC excitation was used to complete the detection and signal processing of 28 groups of capacitance val-ues.In the measurement of flow velocity , the method of curve fitting was used to avoid the problem under the cross-correlation al-gorithm that the maximum value of the curve was not accurate .The accuracy of delay estimation was improved effectively .The mass flow rate is calculated according to the velocity and concentration , and the results are compared with that obtained by gravity sen-sor.The results show good consistency .
