河南省低碳经济发展的路径分析

摘要

Henan Province, as an important part of China's economic development, must deal with the prob⁃lems actively including the development stage, energy structure and technical level under the guidance of sci⁃entific development concept, dominated by the government,promote the development of low carbon economy in Henan Province,reduce reliance on the high carbon resources,to achieve the sustainable development of na⁃tional economy. This paper mainly analyzes the general situation of low-carbon economy and the problems of low-carbon economy existing in the economic development in Henan Province,and puts forward the corre⁃sponding solutions..%河南省作为中国经济发展的重要组成部分，必须在科学发展观的指导下，对发展阶段、能源结构、技术水平等方面的问题进行积极处理，以政府为主导，推动我省低碳经济的发展，降低对高碳资源的依赖，实现国民经济的可持续发展。本文主要对低碳经济概况、河南省经济发展中低碳经济存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的解决措施。
