Test results of the Capacitive Trans-Impedance Amplifier (CTIA) structure with different integration capacitances were compared. A low noise amplifier readout structure whose gain can be automatically adjusted is designed. The output dynamic range can be extended by 26 dB, which can achieve high signal to noise ratio.
