聚氨酯/Sm2O3复合涂层的制备及近红外吸收性能研究

         

摘要

Polyurethane(PU)/Sm2O3 composite coatings were prepared through a simple and convenient process. The near-infrared absorption and mechanical properties of as-prepared coatings were systematically investigated. The results show that Sm2O3 can give the absorption properties for near-infrared lights of 1.06m and 1.54m, and PU can give the mechanical properties of such coatings. When the coatings are at the optimum state(Sm2O3 content of 40%(w), thickness of 96m), the adhesion strength can reach Grade One, the impact strength can reach 40 kg·cm, and the reflectivity at 1.06m and 1.54m can be as low as 58.7% and 34.7%, respectively. The results indicate that the obtained PU/Sm2O3 composite coatings have the potential to act as a novel near-infrared absorption material with good mechanical properties.%以聚氨酯(PU)为粘合剂,Sm2O3为颜料,采用刮涂法制备了 PU/Sm2O3复合涂层。采用近红外反射光谱及涂层力学性能测试方法系统研究了涂层的近红外吸收性能与力学性能。结果表明, Sm2O3可使涂层具备对1.06m与1.54m特殊近红外光的强吸收特性,PU可使涂层具备优良的力学性能。当涂层处于最佳条件(Sm2O3含量40%(w),涂层厚度96m)时,涂层的附着力可以达到1级,耐冲击强度可以达到40 kg·cm,对1.06m与1.54m特殊近红外光的反射率分别可以低至58.7%和34.7%。所制备的PU/Sm2O3复合涂层有望成为一种新型的具备优良力学性能的近红外吸收材料。
