归芪洋参口服液改善缺铁性贫血的临床研究

摘要

目的:研究归芪洋参口服液对人体缺铁性贫血的改善情况.方法:选择女性血红蛋白含量小于120g/L的患者100名,分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组每人每次服用1支(10mL/支)归芪洋参口服液,早晚各1次,对照组服用无功效成分的安慰剂,连续服用30天.比较治疗前后血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、红细胞内游离原卟啉含量变化.结果:治疗组的血红蛋白平均值由治疗前的(102.1±8.2)g/L上升为(116.5±7.6)g/L,血清铁蛋白由(8.3±3.8)μg/L上升为(15.5±7.1)μg/L,血清运铁蛋白饱和度由(14.7±3.1)％上升为(32.6±6.7)％,红细胞内游离原卟啉由(776.0±273.4)μg/L下降为(521.7±156.2)μg/L,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:归芪洋参口服液具有改善人体缺铁性贫血的功能.%To study the improvement of human iron deficiency anemia by the oral solution of Guiqi American Ginseng. Methods;A total of 100 female(Hb < 120g/L)were selected and divided into test group and control group. Two bottles of tested samples were given to test group for continuous 30 days a person per day (l0mL per bottle, twice daily). Placebo was given to the control group with the same dose as test group. The changes of hemoglobin ( Hb) , serum ferritin and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin ( FEP) were compared before and after the test. Results;The Hb levels of people in test group increased from( 102. 1 ± 8. 2) g/L to (116.5 ±7.6)g/L in average. The levels of serum ferritin increased from(8.3 ±3.8)μg/L to(15.5 ±7. 1) μg/L in average. The levels of serum transferrin saturation increased from (14.7+3.1)% to(32.6±6.7)% and the levels of FEP decreasd from (776. 0 ± 273. 4) μg/L to (521. 7 ± 156. 2) μg/L in average. All the difference were significant( P < 0.01). Conclusion; Guiqi American ginseng can improve the patients with iron deficiency anemiairon.
