针刺联合益肾化痰活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Yishen Huatan Huoxue formula on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods: 90 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into the observation group (n =45 ) and the control group (n =45). The control group was treated with Diane -35; on which basis, the observation group was also treated by acupuncture combined with Yishen Huatan Huoxue formula. Body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), and the levels of estradiol (E2), follicle -stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), and testosterone (T) were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups. Serum interleukin - 18 (IL - 18) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF - a) were detected by ELLAS method, the total effective rate was compared between the groups. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in terms of BMI, WHR, serum levels of sex hormones and inflammatory factors between the two groups before the treatment (P ＞0.05); after three - month treatment, the above indicators of the observation group all became significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.01); the total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05 ). Conclusion: The therapy of acupuncture combined with Yishen Huatan Huoxue formula can improve body weight effectively, correct hyperandrogenism, decrease the levels of inflammatory cytokines; therefore, it has the positive curative effect on PCOS.%目的:探讨针刺联合益肾化痰活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效.方法:将符合纳入标准的90例PCOS患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例,对照组应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用针刺联合益肾化痰活血方治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)和血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平.酶联免疫法检测两组患者血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和肿瘤坏死因子- a(TNF-α),并比较两组治疗总有效率.结果:治疗前两组BMI、WHR、血清性激素和炎性因子水平差异均无统计学意义(P ＞0.05);疗程结束后3个月,治疗组患者BMI、WHR低于对照组,血清LH、E2、T、IL - 18、TNF - α均低于对照组(P＜0.01),治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05 ),差异均有统计学意义.结论:针刺联合益肾化痰活血方可有效改善体质量,纠正高雄激素血症,降低炎性因子水平,治疗PCOS疗效肯定.
