多用途市电负载功率调功电路的设计

         

摘要

In order to achieve intelligent precise dimming control for alternating current light source load by the controlled silicon, which often requires the technology of zero crossing triggering. Accurate synchronizing zero cross detection of the alternating current has become the core technology. The zero cross detection delay time and the pulse duration are two important parameters of the zero-crossing detection circuit. A simple and practical zero crossing detection circuit which reflects accurately the signal positive, negative zero moment and is convenient for microcomputer interface circuit, mainly comprises a square wave generating circuit, a differential circuit and a shaping pulse output circuit. It is an unique innovation to achieve precise dimming control for alternating current light source by microcomputer interrupt- detecting the circuit zero cross signal.%为了用可控硅实现对市电供电的交流电光源负载进行智能精密调光控制,往往需要采用过零触发技术,则对交流电进行精确的同步过零检测就成为技术的核心,过零检测延迟时间和脉冲持续时间是过零检测电路的两个重要参数.一种简单实用、能够准确反映信号正、负过零时刻且便于微机接口的过零检测电路,主要由方波生成环节、微分环节、脉冲整形输出环节组成,通过单片机对该电路过零信号进行中断检测,实现对交流电光源的精密调光控制,具有独到创新之处.
