基于可编程逻辑控制器的酸液液位控制系统

         

摘要

在建立酸液液位控制模型的基础上,设计并实现了基于西门子逻辑可编程控制器Logo!的酸液液位控制系统,利用电磁阀和液位传感器,实现了对酸液液位的自动控制.该系统在某铁矿选矿车间投入使用后取得了良好的效果,在减少对人体伤害的同时,提高了劳动生产率,节约了生产成本.%Based on the establishment of the acid liquor level control model, the acid liquor level control system is designed and implemented with Siemens programmable logic controller Logo!, which can control the acid liquor level automatically by using the solenoid valve and the liquid level sensor. The system has provided good results since it was put into use in an iron ore beneficiation workshop, including reducing the damage to the human body, improving the labor productivity and saving the product cost.
