国内省级公共图书馆微信公众平台服务现状调查分析

摘要

对国内省级公共图书馆微信公众平台服务现状进行调查,对微信公众账号的类型、开通时间、外部特征、发布频率、自定义菜单和发布内容等基本情况进行统计分析；提出加强微信公众平台建设、加强微信公众平台的宣传与推广、创新微信表现形式和丰富服务内容、加强与读者互动等建议.%The paper investigates status quo of WeChat public platform service of provincial public libraries in China, statistically analyses the basic situation of Wechat public accounts from account types, starting time, external characteristics, publishing frequency, customized menus and published contents. It proposes that library should strengthen WeChat public platform development, reinforce propaganda and extension of Wechat public platform, innovate Wechat's manifestation and enrich services, and keep enforcing the in-teractivity with readers.
