一种抑制性乙二醇防冻液的缓蚀性能研究

摘要

For the purpose of improving the anticorrosion performance and antibacterical activity of antifreeze fluid, a kind of inhibited ethylene glycol-based antifreeze fluid: ECH-IEG-1 was developed. The results of the test showed that, the corrosion inhibiting performance of the said new developed inhibited ethylene glycol-based antifreeze fluid for different kinds of metals was better than that of the uninhibited ethylene glycolbased antifreeze fluid; and for carbon steel, the corrosive power of the former one was only 1/200 to 1/1000 of that of the latter one. It can be drawn a conclusion that, the said antifreeze fluid has good corrosion inhibiting property, which can effectively prolong the service life of equipments and is characterized by total environmental friendly at the same time.%为提高防冻液的防腐和抑菌性能,开发出一种抑制性乙二醇防冻液ECH-IEG-1.试验结果表明,该抑制性乙二醇防冻液对各金属的缓蚀性能均优于非抑制性乙二醇防冻液,对碳钢的腐蚀性只是非抑制性乙二醇防冻液的1/200到1/1000.该防冻液具有良好的缓蚀性能,能有效提高设备的使用年限,对环境完全友好.
