厌氧MBBR处理生活污水的特性研究

         

摘要

采用厌氧移动床生物膜反应器处理城市生活污水,研究了HRT、pH值、容积负荷、水温等对工艺运行效果的影响,并进行了厌氧MBBR与SBR联用试验及回用分析.结果表明,在HRT为4 h,进水CODCr的质量浓度为300mg/L左右,氨氮的质量浓度为15 mg/L左右,50%的填料填充率,pH值为7左右的条件下,厌氧MBBR出水CODCr、氨氮、总磷指标达到了GB 18918-2002<城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准>二级标准;厌氧MBBR与SBR联用处理出水满足GB/T18920-2002<城市杂用水水质标准>,且达到了HG/T 3923-2007<循环冷却水用再生水水质标准>.%Anaerobic MBBR was used to treat urban domestic wastewater, the influences of HRT, pH value,volume loading, water temperature and some other factors on treatment effect were studied, and an anaerobic MBBR-SBR combined experiment was carried out with water recycling analyzed. The results showed that, when the HRT was 4 h, the mass concentrations of CODCr and ammonia nitrogen in the infiuent water were about 300 and 15 mg/L respectively, the filling rate was 50%, the pH value was 7, the mass concentrations of CODCr,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the effluent water treated by the anaerobic MBBR process met the specification for grade 2 in GB 18918-2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The quality of the effluent water treated by the anaerobic MBBR-SBR combined process could meet the requirements of GB/T 18920-2002 The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard For Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption and HG/T 3923-2007 Reusing Wastewater Quality Standard for Industrial Circulating Cooling Water at the same time.
