十八胺停炉保护废水的氧化处理研究

         

摘要

对十八胺(ODA)停炉保护的废水进行氧化处理,考察了NaClO、ClO2及Fenton试剂等氧化剂对CODCr的去除效果,并得到各自最佳处理工艺.试验结果表明,3种氧化剂对含ODA废水均具有明显处理效果,且无需预调节废水pH值;结合经济性及处理效果分析,Fenton试剂为最佳处理药剂,其最优工艺条件为:H2O2的投加量为200 mg/L,FeSO4·7H2O的投加量为408.8 mg/L(H2O2与Fe2+的物质的量比为4:1),反应时间为90 min,CODCr的去除率为90%左右.该废水处理方法操作简便、经济有效,适合推广应用.%Wastewater of ODA shutdown protection was treated by oxidation technology, the effects of NaCIO, CIO2 and Fenton reagent on CODCr removal were investigated, and the optimal operation condition for those oxidants were determined respectively. The test results showed that, the above three oxidants had an obvious effect on ODA wastewater treatment, and there was no need to adjust wastewater's Ph before the oxidation; According to the economy and the treatment effect of the oxidants, Fenton reagent was determined as the best oxidant, and the optimal process condition under which the removal rate of CODCr was 90% was: the mass concentration of H2O2 and FeSO4 were 200 and 408.8 mg/L respectively (mol ratio of H2O2 to Fe2+ was 4 : 1), the reaction time was 90 min. It could be seen that, using Fenton reagent to treat the said kind of wastewater, the operation was simple, the cost was low and the effect was good, therefore, it was suitable for popularization and application.
