O3-H2O2氧化去除制浆白液色度的试验研究

         

摘要

O3-H2O2 oxidation process was used to treat pulping white liquor, the effects of O3 and H2O2 dosage, molar ratio of O3 to H2O2, reaction time and reaction temperature on the chroma removal were discussed through the test. The optimal reaction condition was determined as follows: the dosage of O3 and H2O2 were 500 and 220 mg/L respectively, the reaction time was 40 min, the reaction temperature was 65 ℃. Under the above condition, the chroma of the white liquor decreased from 150 times to 3 times, the removal rate reached 98%. It was indicated that, O3-H2O2 oxidation was a simple and effective process for white liquor decolorization, which could get a good treatment effect and significantly reduce the oxidant consumption of the following process. Therefore, it would have broad application prospect.%采用O3-H2O2氧化工艺处理制浆白液,试验探讨了O3与H2O2的投加量、O3与H2O2物质的量之比、反应时间、反应温度对白液脱色率的影响.结果表明O3-H2O2体系对制浆白液最佳的反应条件为:O3的投加量为500 mg/L,H2O2的投加量为220 mg/L,反应时间为40 min,反应温度为65℃,在此条件下,白液色度从150倍降低至3倍,去除率达98%.O3-H2O2工艺在去除白液色度时工艺简单、效果良好,大大减少白液对后续生产工艺氧化剂的消耗量,具有广阔的应用前景.
