沙蒿籽水浸液絮凝处理水性油墨废水

         

摘要

利用沙蒿籽水浸液对水性油墨废水进行絮凝处理,探讨反应pH值、沙蒿籽水浸液投加量对水性油墨废水处理效果的影响.结果表明:在室温,pH值为4.0,沙蒿籽水浸液的投加量为2 mL/100 mL[废水]的条件下,CODCr和色度的去除率分别达到91.4%和99.6%.沙蒿籽水浸液絮凝处理水性油墨废水可有效降低废水污染物浓度,将其作为前置处理工艺,可以提高后续生物处理工艺的稳定性和出水水质.%Artemisia arenaria seeds water extract was used for the flocculation treatment of water-based ink wastewater,the influences of pH value and dosage of artemisia arenaria seeds water extract on the said wastewater treatment effect were discussed.The results of the test showed that:at room temperature,when the pH value was 4.0,the dosage of artemisia arenaria seeds water extract was 2 mL/100 mL[wastewater],the removal rates of CODCr and chroma reached 91.4% and 99.6% respectively.It could be seen that,artemisia arenaria seeds could effectively reduce pollutants concentration when treating water-based ink wastewater,if used as a pretreatment process,both the stability and the effluent water quality of the following biological treatment process could be improved.
