食品发酵工业循环冷却水系统防冰措施探讨

         

摘要

食品发酵工业常用的循环水系统分为设循环水池和不设循环水池2种形式.在北方寒冷地区,循环水池及冷却塔的防冰措施十分重要.介绍了循环水池及冷却塔的防冰方法:对于循环水池,可采取增大覆土厚度、采暖及保温、减少漂水、溅水的措施;对于冷却塔,可从内部工艺设计、外部管线配置及运行方面采取措施.实际工程中应对各因素综合考虑才能得到满意效果.%Circulating cooling water systems commonly used in food fermentation industry are classified into two types:with or without circulating water pool.In cold area of northern China,it is very important for circulating water pool and cooling tower to take anti-icing measures.The anti-icing methods for circulating water pool included:increasing covering soil thickness,taking measures of heating and heat prevention,reconstructing it to reduce water drifting and splashing.For cooling tower,anti-icing measures should be taken in aspects of process designing,external pipeline arrangement,and operation control.In practical engineering,all those elements should be taken into consideration,only such,proper anti-icing measures can be adopted,and finally obtain a satisfied effect.
