UBF反应器COD去除率下降原因分析和解决措施

         

摘要

In view of the fact that,the CODCr removal efficiency of UBF reactor,the main process of PTA wastewater treatment,decreased continuously.The influencing factors includes:activity of anaerobic sludge system in UBF reactor,wastewater retention time,accumulation of heavy metals,and ρ(VFA)/ρ(CODCr) value in the influent water,were analyzed.And then,some relevant solving measures from aspects of monitoring pre-estima-tion,operation control,process modification,and so on,were put forward.By the end of 2012,the removal rates of CODCr in all UBF reactors were recovered to above 80%.The practice showed that,all the mentioned measures were targeted,essential and effective.%针对PTA废水处理主体工艺中UBF反应器CODCr的去除率不断下降的问题,从UBF反应器的厌氧污泥活性、废水停留时间、重金属积累、进水ρ(VFA)/ρ(CODCr)值等方面进行原因分析,并从监测预判、运行控制、工艺改进等方面提出解决措施.截至2012年底所有UBF反应器CODCr的去除率均已恢复至80%以上.实践证明,各种解决措施具有针对性并且效果显著.
