温度对膜生物反应器运行效果的影响试验研究

         

摘要

For the purpose of studying the influence of temperature on running effect of membrane bioreactor (MBR),a vertical comparison test was carried out at 25,30 and 35 ℃,with CODCr、BOD5、DHA and SVI as monitoring indexes,and then,the influencing rules of temperature on MBR operation were analyzed.The results of the test showed that,the biological removal rate of CODCr in MBR at 35 ℃ was higher than that at 25 ℃ and 30 ℃; however,the removal rate of BOD5 at 25 ℃ was the highest one.Besides,it could also be seen from the test that,there were no significant differences among the systematic removal rates of CODCr and BOD5 under different temperatures.The DHA of the feed liquid in MBR at 25 ℃ was higher than that at 30 ℃ and 35 ℃,which was 18 mg[TF]/(h·L); the SVI at 35 ℃ was 62.6 mg/L,which was the smallest one.The study clearly indicated that:a proper temperature rise was helpful to the biological removal of CODCr,however,it was not beneficial for the biological removal of BOD5 in MBR,and there were no significant differences among the systematic removal rates of CODCr and BOD5 under different temperatures.Both the microbial activity of the feed liquid and the sedimentation performance of the activated sludge in MBR decreased with the increasing of temperature.%为了研究温度对膜生物反应器(MBR)运行效果的影响,采用纵向对比的方式,选取25、30、35℃为试验温度,以CODCr、BOD5、DHA和SVI为监测指标,分析温度对MBR运行效果的影响规律.试验结果表明,35℃时MBR对CODCr的生物去除率较25、30℃时高,而MBR对BOD5的生物去除率则是25℃时较高,各温度下CODCr、BOD5系统去除率无明显差别;25℃时MBR料液的DHA较30、35℃大,为18 mg[TF]/(h·L);SVI则是在35℃时较小,为62.6 mL/g.温度对MBR运行效果的影响表现为:温度适当升高有利于MBR对CODCr的生物去除,不利于MBR对BOD5的生物去除,但温度对MBR的CODCr、BOD5系统去除率无明显影响;MBR中料液的微生物活性、活性污泥沉降性能均随温度的升高而下降.
