改良型Carrousel 2000氧化沟生物脱氮除磷效果分析

         

摘要

为考察某改良型Carrousel 2000氧化沟工艺生物脱氮除磷效果,提出保障出水达标优化建议,通过实际运行资料及污染物沿程变化取样监测,分析脱氮除磷主要影响因素.结果表明:该氧化沟工艺出水TN、TP浓度有超标风险.氧化沟中沿程DO的质量浓度为2~5 mg/L,存在过度曝气现象,且实际进水碳氮比为2~5,影响了缺氧区的脱氮效果,造成二沉池出水和回流污泥NO3--N浓度较高,导致厌氧区释磷效果差,影响生物除磷效果.建议采用间歇曝气技术对该污水处理厂进行优化运行,在提高污水处理厂脱氮除磷效果的同时降低能耗,减少运行成本.%In order to invstigate the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance of modified carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch, a proposal is put forward to guarantee the effluent water quality reaching the standard. Based on the actual operation data and the pollutants monitoring of samples taken from different sections, the main factors influencing nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect were analyzed. The results showed that, the effluent TN and TP concentration of the said oxidation ditch had the risk of exceeding the standard. In the oxidation ditch when the mass concentration of DO was 2-5 mg/L, the phenomenon of excessive aeration occured. Besides, as the mass ratio of carbon to nitrogen in the influent water was 2-5, the nitrogen removal effect of anoxic zone was affected, which caused higher NO3--N concentration in secondary sedimentation tank effluent and returned sludge, and also lead to the poor phosphorus release effect in the anaerobic zone and then affected the biological phosphorus removal. It was suggested to optimize the operation of the said sewage treatment plant by adopting intermittent aeration technology, improving the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect,and reducing the energy consumption and operating cost at the same time.
