用水热法制备了不同尿素浓度下的Zn-Al水滑石,焙烧后制得焙烧态水滑石,用XRD、SEM 、BET、FTIR等方法对样品进行了表征,考察了水滑石及焙烧产物对水中磷酸盐的吸附性能.结果表明:水滑石对磷酸盐的吸附基本符合假二级动力学方程和Langmuir吸附等温式,当尿素浓度为0.6 mol/L,150℃水热24h,300℃焙烧6h制得的水滑石产物对水中磷酸盐的吸附效果最好,其饱和吸附量高达197.24 mg/g.%Zn-Al houghite with different urea concentrations has been prepared by hydrothermal method. The samples of calcined houghite obtained after calcination are characterized by methods, such as X -ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms (BET), fourier transform infrared(FTIR),etc. The adsorption capacity of phosphate in water by houghite and its calcined products has been investigated. The results show that the adsorption of phosphate in water basically conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation and the Langmuir-type adsorption isotherm. The houghite products prepared when the urea concentration is 0.6 mol/L,hydrothermal treatment at 150 ℃ for 24 h,and calcination at 300 ℃ for 6 h have the best adsorption effectiveness of phosphate in water. Its maximum adsorption capacity for phosphate can be as high as 197.24 mg/g.
