两种合成絮凝剂在处理染料废水中的比较

         

摘要

Using arboxymethyl chitosan and carboxymethyl chitosan iron ( El) as flocculants, the flocculating performance and the decolorization of dye wastewater have been studied. The influencing factors that affect the flocculation effectiveness, such as the pH, dosage, stirring time, settling time, etc. Are investigated. The adding of Fe3+ can improve the flocculating effect of synthetic flocculants on dye wastewater. In the experiments of decolori-ation of the dyes: red,yellow,blue,and black with carboxymethyl chitosan, the decolorizating rate is 76.3%-93.5%, and COD removing rate between 85.5%-89.9%. In the experiments of decolorization with carboxymethyl chitosan iron( IE) ,the decolorizating rate reaches 78.5%-96.7% ,and COD removing rate between 91.1%-94.2%. The results are satisfactory.%以羧甲基壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖铁(Ⅲ)为絮凝剂处理染料废水,试验研究了其对染料废水的絮凝性能、脱色性能.初步考察了pH、投加量、搅拌时间与沉降时间等影响絮凝效果的因素,Fe3+的引入增加了合成絮凝剂处理染料废水的絮凝作用.在羧甲基壳聚糖处理染料红、黄、兰、黑废水的脱色实验中,脱色率达到76.3%~3.5%,COD去除率为85.5%~89.9%;而羧甲基壳聚糖铁(Ⅲ)的脱色率则达到78.5%~96.7%,COD去除率为91.1%~94.2%.结果令人满意.
