工业锅炉炉水中HEDP的测定

Spectrophotometry has been used for determining HEDP in boiler water.The effects of the possibly existing ions of various kinds in industrial boiler water on the determination are investigated,and the optimum conditions for this determination are fixed.The results show that it does not disturb the determination of HEDP in boiler water when the conditions are as follows:NaC1 is lower than 500 mg/L,Ca2+ less than 300 mg/L,phosphate less than 20 mg/L and SO42-less than 50 mg/L.The tests on the accuracy and precision indicate that the relative standard deviation is less than 1％.The method has been applied to the determination of HEDP in boiler water with the advantages of being simple,fast,sensitive,and interference free.%采用分光光度法测定HEDP,探讨了工业锅炉炉水中可能存在的离子对测定的影响,并确定了最佳测定条件.实验结果表明,当炉水中的NaCl＜500 mg/L,Ca2+＜300 mg/L,磷酸盐＜20 mg/L,SO42-＜50 mg/L时均不会对HEDP的检测造成干扰.精密度试验表明该方法的相对标准偏差在1％以下,具有简单、快速、灵敏、抗干扰等优点.
