一体化A/O反应器处理印染废水的启动研究

         

摘要

对传统A/O工艺的硝化液回流方式和污泥培养方式进行改进,设计一种新型一体化内循环式A/O反应器,并以组合填料和火山岩为微生物载体,预处理后的模拟印染废水为原水,研究该反应器的启动过程.结果表明:进水COD、氨氮分别为205、22.9 mg/L时,A/O系统出水COD、氨氮分别为66.2、2.1 mg/L,降解率分别达到67.6%、90.9%.硝化液内回流比降至80%时,该一体化A/O反应器对模拟印染废水的有机物和氨氮仍有较好的降解作用.%Based on the modification of nitrification liquid recycling mode and sludge cultivation mode of conventional anoxic-aerobic (A/O) process,a new type of integrated internal circulation A/O reactor has been designed.The start-up of the reactor is studied,using combined fillers and lavas as carriers,and the pretreated simulated printing and dyeing wastewater as raw water.The results show that when the influent COD is 205 mg/L and ammonia-nitrogen 22.9 mg/L,A/O system effluent COD is 66.2 mg/L and ammonia-nitrogen 2.1 mg/L.Their degrading rates are 67.6% and 90.9% respectively.When the nitrification liquid internal reflow ratio reduces to 80%,the integrated A/O reactor has pretty good degradation capability for the organisms and ammonia-nitrogen in simulated printing and dyeing wastewater.
