研究了一种液哨式机械超声发生器,探讨了液哨喷口结构对声强的影响,并采用液哨协同杀菌剂的方法对循环水进行杀菌处理。实验结果表明,圆锥形喷口效果最佳,且最佳锥形角度为45°。在初始细菌数量为1.2×106 mL-1、水压0.3 MPa条件下单独使用液哨杀菌90 min,杀菌率可达到39%。液哨超声和杀菌剂有良好的协同作用,加入液哨超声30 min可以有效减少41%~45%的杀菌剂使用量,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。%A new liquid whistle ultrasonic generator has been studied. The effects of liquid whistle nozzle structure on the sound intensity are discussed,and liquid whistle combined with bactericide is adopted for circulating water sterili-zation. The experimental results show that the sound intensity of conical nozzle is the best,and the best cone angle is 45°. When the initial bacteria content is 1.2×106mL-1,and the water pressure 0.3 MPa,the sterilization rate of singly used liquid whistle can reach 39%in 90 min. Liquid whistle ultrasound and bactericide have good synergistic effect. It can reduce 41%-45%of bactericide dosage in 30 min with liquid whistle ultrasound. This method has good environ-mental and economic benefits.
