为了控制珠海天然气发电有限公司海水循环系统中的海生物，开发出环境友好的非氧化性海生物杀生剂TS-8511。评价了TS-8511对海生物的杀灭性能、急性毒性、生物蓄积性及生物降解性，并探讨了TS-8511的作用机理。结果表明，投加5 mg/L TS-8511并作用12 h，海生物的72 h死亡率可达到90%，投加10 mg/L以上，72 h死亡率达100%。 TS-8511具有高效、低毒、生物蓄积性低、易生物降解的特点，对贝类、蛤类杀灭效果好，对鱼类影响小。%In order to control the marine creatures in the seawater circulating system of CNOOC Zhuhai Natural Gas Power Co.,Ltd.,TS-8511,as a kind of environment-friendly non-oxidizing biocide,has been developed. Its biocidal capacibility,acute toxicity,bioaccumulation and biodegradability are evaluated,and its action mechanisms are dis-cussed. The results show that when the dosage of TS-8511 is 5 mg/L and action time 12 h ,its killing of marine crea-tures can reach 90%in 72 h. When the dosage of TS-8511 is 10 mg/L or more ,its killing rate can reach 100%in 72 h. TS-8511 is characterized by high efficiency,low toxicity,less bioaccumulation and readily biodegradable. It can effectively kill shellfishes and clams ,but has little effect on fishes.
