高效清洗剂在线清洗技术在石化装置中的应用

摘要

介绍了采用高效清洗剂对单台结垢换热器进行在线清洗的技术，实践表明，该高效清洗剂在线清洗技术可实现装置不停车清洗，具有耗时少、费用低、操作简便的特点，并且在线清洗后的换热器恢复了正常运行，达到了预期的效果。%The high-efficient cleaning agent for the on-line cleaning of single heat exchanger is introduced. The practice shows that on-line equipment clearing can be realized by this high-efficient cleaning agent on-line cleaning technique. It is characterized by less time consumption ,low cost and simple operation. The on-line cleaned heat ex-changer can resume its normal operation ,achieving the predicted effects.
