厌氧污泥接种双室微生物燃料电池去除氨氮的研究

         

摘要

The double-chambered microbial fuel cell (MFC) system inoculated with anaerobic sludge has been established and operated successfully,and its treatment effect on simulated ammonia nitrogen wastewater evaluated.The interconnection of microbial ecology and MFC coupled ammonia nitrogen removal are expounded.The results show that the MFC voltage output inoculated with anaerobic sludge can be as high as 523 mV,superior to that of MFC inoculated with ordinary activated sludge.The maximum removing rate of low-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater (53 mg/L) treated by the double-chambered MFC anode is 52.5%,while the maximum removing rate of high-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater (294 mg/L) can reach 91.4%.Verified by SEM and DGGE characterization,both the appearance of anaerobic sludge bio-membrane and microbial community structures,before and after the operation of inoculated MFC,have obvious changes.The variety of community succession get decreased,the amount of dominant species groups get increased and a part of them is typical exoelectrogens from Geobacter.%构建并成功运行了厌氧污泥接种的双室MFC系统,评估了该系统处理模拟氨氮废水的效果,阐明微生物生态同MFC耦合氨氮去除的内在联系.结果表明,接种厌氧污泥的MFC电压输出最高可达523 mV,优于接种普通活性污泥的同型MFC.该双室MFC阳极室对低浓度氨氮废水(53 nmg/L)的去除率最高为52.5%,对高浓度氨氮废水(294 mg/L)的去除率最高可达91.4%.基于SEM和DGGE的表征证实,接种MFC运行前后的厌氧污泥生物膜形貌和微生物群落结构都有明显的变化,群落多样性减少,优势种群数量增加,部分为典型胞外电子呼吸菌地杆菌.
