氯化锌造孔壳炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附研究

         

摘要

Zinc chloride pore-forming shell carbon has been prepared by zinc chloride-dipped activation method,and its effect on the adsorption of Cr (Ⅵ) in wastewater studied.The structure of modified shell carbon is characterized by SEM,FTIR and BET methods.The experimental results show that the Cr(Ⅵ) removing rate could reach 98.8%,and the maximum adsorption capacity for Cr(Ⅵ) is 11.284 mg/g,when the initial mass concentration of Cr (Ⅵ) of the sample is 20 mg/L,temperature 25 ℃,modified shell carbon dosage 0.5 g,pH 2.0,and adsorption time 180 min.The fitting results show that the Langmuir isotherm adsorption equation can well fit the Cr (Ⅵ) adsorption course by modified shell carbon.Moreover,the kinetic adsorption equilibrium complies with the pseudosecond-order kinetic equation.%采用氯化锌浸渍活化法制备了氯化锌造孔壳炭,研究了其对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果,并采用SEM、FTIR和BET等方法对改性壳炭的结构进行了表征.结果表明,处理初始Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度为20 mg/L的水样,当温度为25℃,改性壳炭投加量为0.5 g,pH为2.0,吸附时间为180 min时,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率为98.8%,最大Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量为11.284 mg/g.拟合结果显示,Langmuir等温吸附方程可以较好地拟合改性壳炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程,该动态吸附平衡遵循拟二级动力学方程.
