A pilot scale study on recovery and harmless treatment of electrolytic manganese residue was carried out by using a membrane filter press with washing function.The results showed that the most content of manganese in the residue was acid soluble, easy to be leached and when the leach time was 120 mins, the most acid soluble manganese was dissolved.Rinsing with water after the acid leaching could significantly lower the content of manganese and ammonium sulfate in the residue, and the concentration of manganese and ammonium of washing water became stable after 11mins'rinsing.After water washing, the residue was treated by alkaline solution (p H=11) rinsing for 5 mins in order to neutralize the hazardous material in the residue, and the resulting alkali-washed residue could be considered as a type I industrial solid waste based on the toxicity leaching test.%利用具有洗涤功能的隔膜压滤机对电解锰渣资源回收和无害化处理进行了中试规模的试验研究.结果表明,电解锰渣中大部分的锰属于酸溶锰,容易被浸出,当利用阳极液浸出时间达到120 min时,酸溶性锰基本溶出.锰渣经过水洗可大幅降低其中的锰和硫酸铵含量,当水洗时间达到11 min时,洗涤水中的锰和硫酸铵浓度趋于稳定.采用p H值为11的碱液对锰渣进行洗涤,当洗涤时间达到5 min时,碱洗渣浸出毒性测试的浸出液中p H值、锰和氨氮的值均小于标准限值(GB 8978-1996),碱洗渣属于一类工业固废.
