利用细菌同步去除地下水中硬度和硝酸盐的方法研究

         

摘要

本实验研究了以丁二酸钠和葡萄糖作为有机碳源,在不同pH、温度和有机物浓度条件下,好氧异养菌CN86对地下水中硬度和硝酸盐的同步去除效果.单因素实验结果表明:当pH为7.0,温度为30℃,有机物浓度为1.5 g/L时,菌株CN86对硝酸盐的去除速率达到最大值;当pH为9.0,温度为30℃,有机物浓度为2.0 g/L时,菌株CN86对硬度的去除速率达到最大值.因此,菌株CN86可以同步去除地下水中硬度和硝酸盐,且去除效果良好.%The simultaneous removal efficiency of hardness and nitrate of scaling groundwater by aerobic heterotrophic bacteria CN86 was investigated.The experiments were conducted with sodium succinate and glucose together as organic carbon sources under the conditions of different pH,different temperature and different organic concentration.The single factor experiments indicated that the highest nitrate removal rate was achieved at pH 7.0,organic concentration of 1.5 g/L and temperature of 30 ℃.The optimal hardness removal rate was obtained at pH 9.0,organic concentration of 2.0 g/L and temperature of 30 ℃.As a result,the bacteria CN86 could efficiently remove the hardness and nitrate of groundwater simultaneously.
