基于ARM的多功能气体微压计的设计

         

摘要

In order to effective monitoring of the flue gas emissions, and leading to the development of better methods to control air pollution, this article designs an ARM - based multifunction gas micro -manometer. This micro - manometer, which uses the LPC2214 as the core controller and modular programming ideas from μC/OS -Ⅱ, completes the detection of gas pressure, temperature, at the same time estimates of the gas flow rate by the velocity measurement method of pitot tube, and then saves and displays the data. The test results show that the design not only has a good practical value, but also small, light weight, powerful, easy to operate, easy maintenance and calibration.%为了有效地监测烟气排放,制定更优的方法控制和治理大气污染,设计了一种基于ARM的多功能气体微型压力计.该微压计以LPC2214为核心控制器,采用μC/OS-Ⅱ模块化编程思想,完成对气体压力、温度的检测,同时通过皮托管测速原理估算气体流速,并对测量数据进行存储和显示.检测结果表明,该设计具有很好的实用价值,且体积小、重量轻、功能强大、操作简便、易于维护和校准.
