一种高精度便携式电子秤的设计

         

摘要

Electronic scales is an indispensable equipment in the process of industrial production and material measurement.In order to quickly and accurately detect the quality,system uses SP20C-G501 module as the resistance strain sensor,MCU AT89S52 as the core,and 1602 with LCD display data,design a high precision portable electronic scales.The data sent by the sensor are sent to a high-precision analog to digital conversion chip HX711,and the output data data are processed by the AT89S52 microcontroller to send the LCD module.The software uses modular design,through the main program call subroutine to achieve all functions.The test shows that the system range is 0-600g,the maximum absolute error is 0.4%,and the performance is stable,low cost,easy to use and so on.Meet expected requirements.%电子秤在工业生产物料计量环节中是一种不可缺少的设备.为了快速准确检测物体质量,系统采用SP20C-G501电阻应变模块作为测力传感器,以单片机AT89S52为核心,并用液晶1602显示数据,设计了一种高精度便携式电子秤.传感器检测的数据送高精度HX711模数转换芯片,输出数据数据再由AT89S52单片机运算处理,送液晶显示模块.软件采用模块化设计,通过主程序调用子程序实现各功能.经测试表明:系统量程范围为0~1 kg,最大绝对误差为0.4%,并且性能稳定,成本低,使用简单等优点.满足预期要求.
