基于PCS7的湿法烟气脱硫控制系统设计

摘要

To solve the problems of the laggard automatic control level and the low efficiency of sintering flue gas desul-furization (FGD) in terms of some steel works,a scheme based on PCS7 and wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) technolo-gy is proposed in this paper.The control system based on Industrial Ethernet,PROFIBUS-DP,MODBUS and OPC communi-cation technology is designed.The PID control of the liquid level of the process water tank is described,and meanwhile the deployment process of the control strategy is introduced in detail.%为解决某钢厂烧结烟气脱硫技术自动化水平不高，脱硫效率低等问题，提出PCS7与湿法烟气脱硫技术相结合的解决方案。设计了以工业以太网、PROFIBUS－DP、MODBUS、OPC通讯方式为基础的控制系统，并以工艺水箱液位PID控制为例，详细介绍控制策略的部署过程。实际工业应用表明，该控制系统运行稳定，提高了系统自动化程度和脱硫效率，具有一定应用和推广价值。
