基于AMS的实时数据二次计算在炼化企业的应用

摘要

炼化企业生产控制使用的分布式控制系统（DCS），虽具有一定的实时数据二次计算功能，但因就地控制装置地域的分散性及不能从全企业范围取数的局限性，无法满足企业的实际需要。基于AMS的实时数据二次计算，可以根据企业的实际需要设置相应计算公式，从实时数据库系统中提取相关数据，进行实时数据的二次计算，并把计算结果传输到实时数据库中进行存储，然后在实时数据库系统Web服务器上发布，满足企业相关人员对生产优化、生产指挥及管理考核的需要。%The secondary calculation of real-time data based on AMS,can set up corresponding calculation formula ac-cording to enterprise's actual needs,extract the relevant data from real-time database system,the calculation results of sec-ondary calculation of real-time data were transferred to a real-time database for storage,and then published on a WEB server in real-time database system,meet the relevant personnel of enterprises for production optimization,production com-mand and management assessment.
