基于S7－400H冗余PLC的提升机自控系统设计

摘要

In view of the problem of the mining depth increased to improve the safety performance of the mine,an auto-matic control system based on S7-400H redundancy PLC is designed in this paper.The system uses S7-400H redundant series PLC as the core,and adopts PROFINET ring network technology to optimize the process of the control system,im-proves the protection function,realizes the thermal redundancy closed loop control of the core and bus,and greatly improve the stability and safety of the system.%针对矿山开采深度的增加对提升机矿井安全性能要求加大的问题，设计了一种基于S7－400H冗余PLC的提升机自控系统。该系统以S7－400H冗余系列PLC为核心，采用Profinet环网技术，优化提升机控制系统的工艺程序，完善其保护功能，实现提升机核心及总线的热冗余闭环控制，大大提高系统的稳定性和安全可靠性。
