PAC--改进K－means综合评价方法的研究与应用

摘要

This paper comprehensively analyses the influence factors of shopping mal s building sustainability,large shop-ping mal s built building sustainability evaluation index system.Using principal component analysis method and the improved K-Means cluster analysis method to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of shopping mal s building sustainability. With the aid of SPSS software,using the principal component analysis method to mass evaluation index for sifting and prin-cipal component analysis and the weight of each index,adopting the improved K-Means cluster analysis a large shopping mal in xi'an building sustainability of clustering analysis,get the sustainability of the market level.%全面分析了大型商场建筑可持续性的影响因素，构建了大型商场建筑的可持续性评价指标体系。采用主成份分析法（PAC）与改进的K－Means聚类分析法相结合建立了大型商场建筑可持续性综合评价模型。借助于SPSS软件，运用主成份分析法对海量评价指标进行删选和主成份分析并求的各项指标的权重，采用改进的K－Means聚类分析法对西安某大型商场建筑的可持续性进行聚类分析，得到该商场的可持续性等级。
