在不确定的情况下,静态模型无法满足大型反渗透海水淡化工程的研究需要。针对系统运行过程中存在的用户需水量不确定因素,研究其鲁棒性调度。首先分析了系统流程,在此基础上得出系统的期望值模型;然后借鉴机会约束规划思想和Hoeffding定理构造了鲁棒性约束,以提高模型的鲁棒性。对用户需水量变动引起的不确定性进行了仿真,实验结果表明鲁棒期望值模型能提高调度结果的鲁棒性,具有一定的实际使用价值。%Under uncertain situation demand,static model cannot meet the need of a large-scale reverse osmosis desali-nation plant.The robust scheduling problem under uncertain freshwater demand condition is discussed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the system process,an expected value model was build.Based on the chance constrains programming and Hoeffding theorem,the robustness constrains are constructed to improve the robustness of expected value model.
