丙烷脱氢装置DCS与SIS一体化设计

摘要

Distributed Control System (DCS) and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) play an important roles in the indus-trial process control,they're both essential.In recent years,it is an argument that whether DCS and SIS should be integrated. The control system integration of DCS & SIS is described in detail in various stages of projects implementation and the ac-tual effect in the whole process.%集散控制系统（DCS）和安全仪表系统（SIS）在工业过程控制中的地位都是不可或缺的。近年来，对于是否将两者系统进行集成实现DCS／SIS一体化控制系统一直是过程控制系统研究领域讨论的热点。以丙烷脱氢项目为例，结合实例阐述了DCS／SIS一体化系统架构的原理，并总结了DCS／SIS一体化实施的过程。
