This paper mainIy studies the combined three-phase inverter which use dsPIC33EP512MU814 as main controI chip.First of aI ,the design scheme of combined three-phase inverter is present.Then,on the basis of the main circuit math-ematicaI modeI,controI er parameters is designed,the simuIation modeI has been buiIt in matIab.After that,the software system is designed based on the dsPIC33EP512MU814 chip.The generating program of driving waveform with biIateraI dead zone and dead zone compensation is the emphasis of the design.%独立组合式三相逆变器,由于体积较小,使用灵活,已被广泛应用。主要研究以dsPIC33EP512MU814作为主控芯片的组合式三相逆变器。首先给出了组合式三相逆变器的设计方案,在研究主电路数学模型的基础上对控制器参数进行设计,搭建了MatIab仿真模型。基于dsPIC33EP512MU814芯片设计了系统软件,重点设计了带有双边死区及死区补偿的驱动波形生成程序。最后,搭建实验平台,制作样机,进行了小功率系统实验。
