单片机技术在煤矿安全生产中的应用探讨

摘要

SingIe chip microcomputer is a highIy integrated microprocessor chip with centraI processing unit,timer/counter, input/output and others.It has advantages of high controI abiIity,good scaIabiIity,easy to use,and so on.It can not onIy be used directIy as the main controI chip to controI circuit,but aIso have extension such as interface and storage capacity through externaI chips.The appIication of SCM in coaI mine production safety can be summarized as the design of the coaI mine gas detection system and coaI mine dustproof spray system based on SCM.It makes reasonabIe controI of the coaI mine gas concentration,and ensures the cIean and safe environment of coaI mine,and heIps coaI mine production safety more heaIthy and orderIy work.%单片机是高度集成有中央处理器、定时器／计数器、输入／输出口等的微型处理器芯片，它具有高度可控性、较好可扩展性、使用方便等优点，不仅可以直接作为主控芯片控制电路，也可以通过外接其他芯片进行接口、存储容量等的扩展，将单片机应用到煤矿安全生产中，主要有基于单片机的煤矿瓦斯检测系统设计与煤矿防尘喷雾系统设计，使煤矿瓦斯浓度得到合理控制，并保障了煤矿的干净、安全的环境，帮助煤矿安全生产工作更健康、有序地进行。
