数字化仓储中货位优化分配的研究

摘要

The Storage assignment in the traditionaI warehouse management system is based on the fixed frequency of the goods out of the warehouse which determined based on experience, the frequency is constantIy changing with the deveI-opment of the enterprise and the change of the market.In this paper,the appIication of RFID technoIogy to digitaI warehouse combined with reIated aIgorithm for dynamic optimization product storage position to this articIe in view of inventory turnover.%货位分配数字化仓储的关键环节，合理的货位分配能够大大地提高出入库效率，降低仓储系统成本。传统的仓库管理系统根据基于经验的固定货物出入库频率设计货位分配策略，而企业的发展和市场的变化导致货物出库频率是一个动态变化的过程。市场的变化导致传统仓库管理系统的货位分配方案无法满足要求的现实情况，提出把RFID技术运用到数字化仓库结合相关算法中对产品入库货位进行动态优化来提高仓库的周转效率。
