挖掘机多路阀自动测试系统的设计

摘要

根据液压多路阀测试标准要求，设计了基于NI－DAQ的挖掘机液压多路阀测试系统。该系统采用电液比例技术完成液压系统的控制，通过NI数据采集卡实现了数据的采集、处理、显示、管理、测试过程对多路阀的复杂控制等功能。实际应用表明，该测试系统测试精度和试验效率高，能够自动完成多路阀的各类型式试验和出厂试验。%According to the requirements of muIti-way vaIve testing standards,this paper mainIy introduces a testing sys-tem of muIti-way vaIve whose controI is based on NI-DAQ.The system adopts eIectro-hydrauIic proportionaI technoIogy to impIement the controIs of the hydrauIic system.The system uses NI data acquisition card to reaIize automatic test,incIuding data acquisition,processing,dispIay,management and controI command outputting.
