桥门式起重机智能安全监测系统研制

摘要

详细阐述了一种桥门式起重机智能安全监测系统，系统通过传感器获取各类监测信息，利用单片机对这些信息进行采集分析，基于ZigBee无线通信技术构建无线通信网络，实现了主从节点间的数据传输。采用VisuaI C＋＋6．0开发了上位机监测软件，实现了桥门式起重机参数实时显示、分析和存储等功能。系统具有界面友好，速度快，成本低，性能稳定等特点，可以适应各种类型桥门式起重机的安全监测，具有较强的实用性和通用性。%In this paper,a safety monitoring system for bridge crane and gantry crane is iI ustrated.In this system,aI kinds of monitoring information is obtained by sensors and anaIyzed by microcontroI er,and the wireIess network is buiIt based on the ZigBee protocoI,to reaIize data coI ection and transmission between master-sIave modes.The VisuaI C++ 6.0 is used to design upper computer monitoring software system in order to reaIize various functions such as reaI-time dispIay,anaIysis and storage of the parameters for cranes.The system is featured of fast,Iow-cost and stabIe.
