用于检测过程系统厂级荡源方法效果测试的多回路控制系统仿真平台的设计及研究

摘要

为了对全厂级故障源检测方法的研究，需要构建一个接近实际工厂的全厂数学模型。 HDA过程包含了化工厂中常见的元件，具有较多的物料循环和能量循环，是一个典型的化工厂模型。在以HDA模型为核心的化工厂模型上试验故障源检测方法，可以暴露出很多单回路故障源检测方法的不足，有助于全厂级故障源检测方法的研究。%For the study of source of plantwide fault detection method,need to build a mathematical model that is close to the actual factory.HDA process contains common elements in a chemical plant,with more material circulation and energy circulation,is a typical chemical plant model.Test failure source detection method in chemical plant model that use HDA model as core,can expose a lot of in sufficience of single circuit fault source detection method,and helps the plantwide fault source detection method research.
