磷改性氧化铝载体对FCC碳四原料丁二烯选择加氢催化剂性能的影响

         

摘要

The structure and surface properties of alumina support was adjusted by doping phosphor. The catalyst prepared with phosphor doped alumina as the support and Pd as the active compoonent exhibited high utilization of active components, medium acidity and better selectivity. The activity and selectivity of as-prepared catalyst -for selective hydrogenation of butadiene from FCC C4 raw material were enhanced remarkably. The hydrogenation rate of butadiene and isomerization rate of 1-butene were 98. 18% and 80. 22% ,respectively.%将助剂磷引入氧化铝载体调控载体的结构和表面性能,以磷改性氧化铝为载体和Pd为活性组分制备的催化剂活性组分利用率高,酸性适宜,选择性好.制备的催化剂用于FCC碳四丁二烯选择加氢,催化剂的活性和选择性显著提高,丁二烯加氢率达98.18%,1-丁烯异构化率达80.22%.
