The successful application of the "integrated dispatching and controlling" in the Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba Cas-cade Hydropower Stations is systematically demonstrated , especially the technical supports and advantages in the prac-tice.It shows that the key concepts of the "integrated dispatching and controlling" are"dispatching with comprehensive monitoring and controlling of critical points" and "unification of the water and power generation".Practice shows that this management mode can not only ensure the safe and stable operation of the cascade hydropower stations , but also im-proves the electric power production and comprehensive benefits.%对金沙江流域已建成的溪洛渡-向家坝梯级电站的调控一体化作了系统的阐述,特别对调控一体化的技术支持及其在实践中的优势作了深入的分析,指出"调度+全监视+重点控制"和"水电合一"是调控一体化的核心内容及特点.实践证明,"调控一体化"不仅能确保梯级电站安全稳定运行,更能促进电力生产业务的高效开展和梯级枢纽综合效益的充分发挥.
